AIR TECHNIC s.r.o. designs and supplies cooling systems with cooling capacity up to 5 MW, tailored for industrial, commercial, and energy-sector applications.
We use the following cooling technologies:
Absorption Chillers
Air-Cooled Chillers
Water-Cooled Chillers
Since 2001, AIR TECHNIC has specialized in the installation of cooling systems with absorption chillers.
AIR TECHNIC has successfully implemented numerous absorption cooling installations across industrial and commercial applications.
Absorption chillers are designed to provide chilled water from waste heat sources generated from industrial processes and cogeneration systems. They are particularly advantageous where waste heat (hot water or steam) is available, which results in significant savings in operating costs.
Key Benefits of Absorption Chillers:
Suitable for installations with limited electrical capacity
Electricity consumption is up to ten times lower than that of conventional compressor chillers.
Energy sources
- Hot water (with a temperature 90 to 120°C) or steam
- Natural gas, diesel
Ecological
Absorption units do not contain CFCs (freons), they are safe for ozone
Absorption units reduce the contribution to greenhouse gas production and global warming
Basic working substances H2O – LiBr have no effect on the environment
Use of waste heat
The possibility of continuous regulation
The unit does not contain mechanical moving parts
No vibrations, noise is lower than chillers with compressor units
High operating life up to 30 years
Proven reliability
The principle of absorption cooling was discovered in 1850
First use of working substances H2O – LiBr in 1960
AIR TECHNIC designs and supplies heating systems and provides activities related to heating systems:
Gas boiler rooms
Heat exchanger stations
Heat pumps
Piping – steel, stainless steel, copper and plastic
AIR TECHNIC provides complex implementation of technical equipment for administrative buildings, shopping centers, healthcare facilities specializing in clean rooms, printer technologies, industrial buildings, etc. These are deliveries and assemblies of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, incl. related professions – cooling, heating, I&C systems.
AIR TECHNIC implements conceptual designs, project documentation and technology:
Flue gas filtration from solid particles produced by biomass boilers (wood chips, straw):
High-temperature filtration by HF filters with stainless steel / ceramic elements (media temp. up to 600° C)
Bag filters with chamber for extinguishing the hot particles (media temp. up to 160° C)
Electrostatic precipitators (ESP)
Cleaning of gases (waste air) produced in power plants and in the building materials industry (cement plants, lime manufactoring, ceramic manufacturing and woodworking technologies).
HF filters are designed for the removal of solid particles from process gases at temperatures up to 600°C.
The filter material is:
Stainless steel elements – filtration of particles smaller than 1um, content of particles after the filter 5-10mg/Nm3, with filtration efficiency >99.99%, temperature resistance 450 to 550°C.
alumino-silicate fiber ceramic elements, filtration class EU 10 and a temperature resistance 900° C.
The HF filter is equipped with pulsed regeneration of ceramic elements by compressed air or nitrogen. The dusts are extracted from the HF filter gravitationally through a system of flaps that separate the inner and outer pressure of the filter.
